Conversation Card Decks

The One Small Step Conversation Card Decks are a set of thoughtfully designed question cards that help people engage in meaningful, respectful conversations across difference.

The deck features curated OSS prompts that encourage storytelling, curiosity, and listening — making it easier to begin a conversation, deepen it, or keep it moving when things feel stuck.

The decks are available in multiple digital and print formats, so you can choose what works best for your space, audience, and goals

  • Open or close a conversation session
  • Give participants choice in what they want to talk about

Tip: Cards can be drawn randomly or selected intentionally, depending on the group and moment.
